Expert Planning Law Support

For many people undertaking a building project, the planning system can be a source of frustration. Planning laws are sometimes complex or hard to interpret, and dealing with Local Authorities can be a test of patience!

Falcon Building Consultants understands that clients often need support with the planning system. We therefore work on your behalf to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

For example, we can:

  • Complete all your planning application forms
  • Submit your planning applications to the relevent Local Authority
  • Deal with the Local Authority
  • Liaise with local planning and building control officers
  • Make any necessary amendments to drawings
  • Manage any planning appeals, inlcuding hiring and instructing professional consultants
  • Completion of a Pre Application Advice Form

With some projects, it’s useful to consult the Local Authority about your ideas at an early stage, before you go to the expense of producing drawings and making a full application. This generally involves letters and meetings. Where this is the case, we will be happy to do this on your behalf.
